International Market Presence aims to assist businesses to develop their internationalisation plans. This helps companies who are setting up their own operations in other target markets by providing them with office space to work from overseas.

All Scottish based companies can take advantage of our accommodation options.

Description and how it can help

International Market Presence assists Scotland-based companies by providing office space, meeting rooms and/or training areas to work in when abroad.

Programme delivery

We provide incubation space at three locations - San Jose, Boston and Houston, with each location offering a range of office space.

We have a  signed partnership deal with office space giants Regus to provide discounted office space in over 400 cities in international locations.

To receive the discount, a company must work through its SDI representative.

Any costs included

Costs for both SDI and Regus office space are available from SDI representatives.

Duration of the service

Rental of our incubation offices is offered on a month-to-month basis.

Regus offices are based on a minimum 12 month contract, with short stay office service charged by the hour, half day or full day.
